Request for Letter of Recommendation

search MrBigler.com:

Please fill in this form to request a letter of recommendation from Mr. Bigler. This is in addition to the form from Guidance; there are several questions on my form that aren't on the guidance one. (If you have already filled out the Guidance form, send it to me as well; I'll look at both. If you have already answered a question on the guidance form, feel free to either copy & paste your answer or type "see guidance form".) The goal of both forms is for me to be able to make the letter personally about you, not just a cookie-cutter letter that sounds the same for each student. The more you give me to work with, the better your recommendation will come out.

Click the "Submit" button when you are finished.

The fields that have a orange asterisk (*) are required. If you leave any of these blank, you will get an error when you try to submit the page. If this happens, user your browser's "Back" button, fill in the missing information, and resubmit.

This form is long, and most of the fields are optional. However, the more information you can give me, the more I will be able to personalize your recommendation. This can significantly affect the impact that your recommendation will have.
